My September TBR: Four Books, Four Very Different Stories 📚🍂

September is here, which means it’s time for a fresh stack of books! This month, I’m switching things up with a mix of mystery, thriller, romance, and contemporary fiction. I have four books on my September TBR, and I’m excited to see which one ends up being my favorite.

🐺 Jackal by Erin E. Adams

First up is Jackal by Erin E. Adams. This one immediately caught my attention because it combines mystery and thriller elements with a story that promises plenty of tension. I’m always here for a book that keeps me guessing, and Jackal feels like the perfect way to kick off my September reading. I’m going in knowing as little as possible and hoping for plenty of twists!

💕 Luv Alwayz by Shonell Bacon & J. Daniels

Next on my list is Luv Alwayz by Shonell Bacon and J. Daniels. After reading a thriller, I’m looking forward to switching gears with a romance. I’m curious to see what these two authors bring to the story and whether it will give me all the feels I’m hoping for. Sometimes you just need a good love story on your TBR!

🚂 Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie

Of course, I had to include a classic! Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie is one of those books that has been on my reading radar for far too long. A mysterious murder, a train full of suspects, and Hercule Poirot trying to piece everything together? Count me in. I’m especially excited to finally experience this famous mystery for myself and see if I can figure out the culprit before Poirot does.

📝 What It’s Like in Words by Eliza Moss

Last but certainly not least is What It’s Like in Words by Eliza Moss. I’m looking forward to ending the month with something a little different. The title alone makes me curious about the emotions and experiences explored throughout the book. I have a feeling this may be one of those reads that leaves me thinking about certain passages long after I’ve finished it.
